EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

[ comfort zone ] Australia will endeavour to accommodate reasonable exchanges and returns.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please return your unopened goods to [ comfort zone ] Australia within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. 

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund on any goods that have been opened. Please note we cannot accept returns of Clearance items. 

[ comfort zone ] Australia is not responsible for products that are damaged in transit. Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of BLC Cosmetics Pty Ltd ([ comfort zone ] Australia distributor).

 

GUIDE TO RETURNING PRODUCTS

  1. All items must be received by us in the same condition as you received them, so please pack up any returned items carefully to ensure that they arrive safely. Please note you will need to cover shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) are being returned as a result of an error on behalf of [ comfort zone ] Australia.
  2. Complete our returns form and enclose with returned items. Make sure all the items you want to return are listed on the form.

  1. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or credit immediately for products that comply with our returns policy.
